As some may know, had some issues last night. Pissed me off bad enough to update the version off the VB we use so we are at the now current version. I also deleted alot of the old mods and addons. This should take care of any further problems.

Against my better judgment I am going to accept open applications for all sections in development currently. All sections must have a Officer or they will be removed.
The Position:
Responsibilities-- To help in the development of a section
- Recruit members in order to achieve the Lord or Ambassador position of the newly established game section
- Ensure established sections are continuing to recruit
- After a section is established Officer's can take on the roll as Lord, Ambassador or remain a Officer for the established section and continue to ensure active recruiting
- Responsible for following recruitment procedures
- To maintain a Officer position one must recruit a minimum of 1 recruit a week while a section is in development
- A Officer may only oversee 1 developing section at a time
- A Officer must be incredibly adjustable and be ready to be transferred from one game section to another game section if needed

Thats right everyone another promotion. After sorting through many different applications we have found what we think to be a great fit. He has come and gone from the clan many times. When he has come he has been a very dedicated and hard working individual; who time and time again has shown us just what impressive work he is capable of. He will be a great addition to the development division. He is also the first to take on one of the new administrative ranks in JAGe. We hope he will do an amazing job and expect even more from him in the future. With that I would like to introduce your new Development Division Chancellor!!

This is our first promotion under the new rank structure. And we think that it is going to a very deserving individual. Entering into a new era for Just All Gamers Evolved and its development division. He will be the first to enter the development division. And we are sure it will not be the last. He has so far since the release of the new ranks recruited 4 new members. Hopefully marking the start of a great future for JAGe and himself. He has shown consistent initiative in both forum activity and in-game.

After a lot of discussion. And a lot of work. We are ready to officially announce the new clan ranks. Though we have said good bye to a lot of ranks in the past and have changed the clan tags numerous times. But this time we may have found the one that fits the best. Please read all the descriptions so you understand all of the ranks. As it may be important to know who you need to talk with. If you have questions feel free to post as this is the time.
Administration
Appointed-
Appointed by unanimous vote by the Supreme Council.
No term expiration
Responsibilities-
A Supreme Council member is responsible for the direction and continued stability of the clan. Also responsible for maintaining The Order and Policies of the clan. Responsible for discussing different Policies and procedures. While also helping stimulate clan growth and control.
Appointed-
Appointed by majority vote of both the Supreme Council and High Council.
No term expiration
Responsibilities-- Help in the management of all clan divisions
- Excel in providing oversight for the game sections
- Will conduct oversight over a minimum of 2 sections
- Will aide in the decision making process of the Sage and Chancellor position
- Will ensure the proper communication between administration and field operations
- Will propose new laws and procedures to help guide the clan in the proper direction
All are requirements but are not limited to addition requirements and tasks assigned by the Supreme Council
Appointed-
Appointed by majority vote of Supreme and High Council
No term expiration
Responsibilities-
Ensure that proper communication and procedures are being followed in his or hers appointed division. Ensure the consistency and continued accuracy to the procedures of his or her division. Ensure that procedures are properly followed and new procedures are properly conducted when released. Helps the High and Supreme Council on adding necessary procedures to ensure the continued growth and stability of the clan as a whole. Required a minimum administrative oversight of at least 1 game section.
All are requirements but are not limited to addition requirements and tasks assigned
Appointed-
Appointed by majority vote of Supreme Council, High Council and Active Sage's
No term expiration
Responsibilities-
Assist Sage in monitoring daily activity with their specialized division. Ensure that the proper communication between the division members is followed. Ensure that the division is constant on its tasks. Monitors division activity ensuring consistent activity and proper procedures are followed. Ensure that tasks are completed and finished in a timely manner.
All are requirements but are not limited to addition requirements and tasks assigned
Development Division
Specific Responsibilities-- Monitor development activity to ensure the best recruitment practices are in place
- Continue to monitor established game sections to ensure established sections do not fall under development after establishment
- Appoint Officer's to recruit and compete for the Lord position
- Help to select a Lord when a game section is ready to become a established section
- Has the final say when a section is ready to be released from development and be considered a established section
- Create policies and procedures for the development division with the help of the Supreme and High Council
- Give insight on choosing the best of the best to be Development Division (DD) Chancellor's
All are requirements but are not limited to addition requirements and tasks assigned
Specific Responsibilities-
- Provide a leadership role over assigned sections under development
- Must be willing to adapt between different games as assigned
- Will assist Sage in the appointment of a Lord for a newly established section
- Will approve new member accounts after a confirmation post has been submitted and the proper procedures completed
- Once a section has completed its development stage a oversight administrator is selected to continue to monitor and provide support over the established section to ensure stability

Term expiration- Section establishment
Responsibilities-- To help in the development of a section

- Ensure abuse of power and influence is controlled
- Conduct trials and ensure a just verdict is decided upon
All are requirements but are not limited to addition requirements and tasks assigned
Specific Responsibilities-

- Cast a vote during trials
- Asses information given and find the best verdict
- If a defendant is found guilty the judge will assist in deciding the correct punishment
Enforcement Division
Specific Responsibilities-- Appoint Patrolman, Sr. Guard, and Guards to monitor the forums and ensure proper procedures are being followed
- Follow the policies and laws of JAG
- Ensure that the enforcement division is ensuring clean and mature forums
- Help in creating policies and laws to ensure a clean and mature forum
All are requirements but are not limited to addition requirements and tasks assigned

- Act as a assistant editor to help other scribes with better reviews and reports
- Present official reports on game section status

- Write monthly game reviews for new an existing games
