JUST ALL GAMERS UNITED RULES
All Just All Gamers United rules apply in-game as well as in forums in all games supported buy Just All Gamers United. This includes any Clan, Community and/or Allied sponsored events. All members are expected to conduct themselves with maturity and good sportsmanship or punishments will be enforced. ;
sidenote - Please be aware that these rules apply to any medium wherein Just All Gamers United members can communicate to others. Violators of these rules will be dealt with severely on a case-by-case basis.;
All members and non-members (regardless of affiliation and diplomatic standing) deserve your utmost respect and maturity.
Rule #1: Respect
* 1.1 Flaming is absolutely prohibited.(ie: Disrespecting another member and non-members (regardless of affiliation and diplomatic standing) is not a rant so will not fall under said rules for a rant section)
Members who break this rule will be placed on a 1 week probation period (can go up to 2 weeks depending on level of flaming). During this probation forum access is restricted.
* 1.2 Any sorts of discrimination (ie: Sexism, Racism, Beliefs etc.) will not be tolerated.
Members who break this rule will be placed on 1-2 weeks of probation depending on the severity of the offence. During this probation a member will have no access to the forums, and removed from any clan/community activities.
Rule #2: Honesty
* 2.1 Any discussion or use of illegal items, hacks, modifications, cheats, codes, etc... that will give a member an unfair advantage in any game that Just All Gamers United supports is expressly forbidden. This includes in-game, on the JaG forums as well as the forums of allied clans.
Members who break this rule will be placed on a 1 - 2 week probation period depending on the offense.
Rule #3: Multiple Communities
* 3.1 Members of JaG Community may join other communities under the following conditions: (1)We are not hostile with the Clan, Guild and /or Community (2)They do not promote hacks, or anything against the beliefs of Just All Gamers United.
Members found breaking these terms will be asked to leave JaG, and never return.
* 3.2 Members of JAGe may join other clans under the following conditions: (1)We are not hostile with the Clan, Guild and/or Community (2)They do not promote hacks, or anything against the beliefs of Just All Gamers United (3)That you are joining to play a game that we do not support.
Members found joining other clans to play games that we support, or joining enemy clans will be asked to leave, and continue with their first choice. If a member decides to change their mind and come back that is their only chance, if their choice is to go on without us, we ask that those members do not come back again
Rule #4: Aspect Transfers
* 4.1 A member cannot leave JaG and immediately join JAGe (or vice versa) without Admin approval, for there may have been corrective actions against them within the last three months.
* 4.2 If there have been corrective actions (warnings, probations, bannings) within the last three months, a vote will take place to see if the transfer is legal. A decision will be made within 48 hours from the initial decision to transfer aspects.
Rule #5: Recruiting
* 5.1 Before a recruit will be approved from the registration que, a confirmation thread must be made that clearly identifies if the recruit will be play with the clan or community, members who have registered with no referal and no tag will be placed as a Community member.
Failure to register correctly will result in a declined account.
* 5.2 It is the recruiters responsibility to teach new members how to use the forums, and understand our rules.
Members who are not taught how to use the forums and end up not posting at all will have their accounts removed.
Rule #6: Responsibility
* 6.1 Each and every member is responsible for his/her own account. Any action done on a JaG or JAGe account that is in violation of a Just All Gamers United rule(s) will result in punishment to the member who owns the account. This includes your forum account or in game account(s). Your forum password is to be shared with noone. If you do share your in game password, remember that whoever else has it also has the ability to get you banned from JaG or JAGe if their actions on it violates Just All Gamers United rule(s).
Members who are found with their account being used by someone else, and that player has violated Just All Gamers United rules punishment will occur in this order. First the owner of that account will be punished for whatever rule was broken by the player, and second will recieve a minimum of 2 weeks probation from forums.
Rule #7: Tags
* 7.1 Members may wear the JaG or JAGe tag, both are acceptable. For games such as World of Warcraft, and Warcraft III where there is a lot of support for clans, and tags are naturally added after creating a clan wearing the clan tag is not mandatory.
Members found breaking this rule will recieve a message from administration asking for an explanation of why you are playing un-tagged. Members who continue to not wear the tag after several warnings will recieve a week of probation from forums and all clan activities.
* 7.2 All members must wear the JAGe tag on the forums.
Administrators will fix your name if one has registered incorrectly, or if they have chosen not to follow simple procedure.
Rule #8: Census
* 8.1 The census is a mandatory check-up on forum activity and game statistics. Members are required to sign the census each month and respond correctly.
Failure to respond will result in your account ID being taken down and placed within a list. If within the next 6 months a census is missed your account will be removed.
* 8.2 The census must be signed in this fashion or one very similar. First your account name, and after that a series of games that you have played over the last month, starting from most played to least played.
Failure to respond correctly two times in a row will result in responding to a PM from a Developer. That PM will contain a 'fake' census, and until you respond correctly you will continue to recieve private messages.
