i have a question..... does anyone know or think that a power supply for a pc would be able to handle an amp drawing power from it?

Not sure, but if it does you might want to have a strong power supply. Trial and error, hook it up, if it works awsome, if not, well you might have invented a new and uniqe way to blow stuff up. :)

i think my stepdad has some spair power supply's ill just hook one up and if it blows up sweet nothing better then blowing shit up hahaha

i found that radio shack has a 13.8vdc 3-amp power supply for 41.99 id rather use this then a psu a little safer lol but i dont know if 3-amp is enough to power my amp does anyone know? if not ill just take my chances with the psu cause im poor lol and i would like to see it blow up if it does lol

I'd say you answered your own question,. Put it this way if it works you saved $50 bucks but if it doesnt you will see a cool explosion. Either way is a win, win situation. Unless it doesn't work and then you have to for out $50 but hey you got to see something go boom. Hate for you to spend money on something if you might have something already that might work. Poor, poor, pety amp, it fall down go BOOOOM! lol
