Look for members without a sig or without an avatar and make them one. Look for members with over 30 posts. Something to just keep peoples art skills up.

Um, but what if those people don't want Sigs and ava's doesn't make sense to waste our time if the person doesn't want a sig and ava and if we do that then there will be no request's and the request thread would be null of value. What ever happened to the SOTW that was actually cool just didn't agree with the demoting thing ,my opinnion, but I was told you were to lazy as to vote for a SOTW and so no we have nothing to do and are waiting on you,that rhymed btw.

Shouldnt you bring up SOTW with adam as he is Sr. Artist? That is something he should be doing not boyle. Boyle is just a jusge.

Ill talk with adam tommorow and we will figure out a quicker way to do sotw. last way took too long.

Your right message members and ask them if they want one if you want or just be creative and present blank ones and ask if anyone wants them.

Scimitar, My original idea WAS for me to do the voting. It was infact boyle and dockjay's idea to let admins do it. You see how well that turned out? So before saying shit like that to try and say im lazy or its not his job. IT was infact his job. Thanks :)

Boyle was the one Scimitar he wouldn't vote to my understanding not Adam, Adam was in charge of it and I asked Adam and Doc why it was taking so long and I got the answer still voting it's been what more than 3 week's I think and still no SOTW. Adam should start another one though because it is a new forum, and mabye this time they can vote faster?

lol i voted but it was surrounded with problems. There was a poll and I couldnt resist firing up the old poll hacking skills. And in the end i won. The problem was that I didnt supply a sig and people didnt like it ... The end.
