Expectations

I have some high expectations from ya'll :)

1 - Be on IRC - Come on, its not that hard, and thats where all the listener / DJ interaction goes on,

2 - Meet the staff - I'm telling you right now, all of my old staff are going to be like "Who the hell are these guys?". Tell them I hired you, and get to know them. TRUST ME, they dont bite :)

3 - Be Respectful - Im proud of my radio station, I dont want idiots going and fucking it up. Simple as that. We have a reputation for being the "fun" radio station, but we're also taken seriously. I have DJ Policy's that everyone needs to read, and agree to. I'll get them to you shortly ( they're typed up, just not uploaded )

Remember - We're launching on April 1st. EVERYONE needs to be integrated / settled / comfortable with everything by March 28th. Thats in like 6 days, lets get this bitch rollin.

Id also like to add that unlike TassleCrack head the rest of us have unbelievably low expectations. If you are able to get the radio on, I will be impressed.
