Computer problems

Well g/fs computer would try and start up right after the windows logo came on i'd get the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH. then a quick restart. So i couldnt get on windows at all. So i tried reformat and reinstall windows. Now bluescreen of death comes up even earlier. I think its a hardware problem but i'm not sure what part of the computer is fried. Hopefully just a harddrive and not a motherboard >.< Any ideas?

What does the BSOD say? There are alot of error u can get that pretty much determine whats wrong. Like my laptop get HD page file errors because the HD is fried, this computer sometimes gets a graphics card error for some reason.

Can you boot into safe mod at all?

no i cant boot it at all i cant even get to safe mode now :'(
