Vent connection problem

JAGeN3d cannot connect to Vent, He has before but all of the sudden he cant connect. We triple check all of the hostname, port number, and pass. BUt still no dice.


Anyone?

does he even have connection to internet and everything else?
does he know he has good connection?

Hmm.. maybe firewall blocking it? Double check the ip and port and password

We were pubing it up today he was pinging fine. Umm it could be a firewall. The thing is he use to get on when we played silk road and it was fine its just a few days ago it wont let im connect.

well i did get rid of macafee and now i have a new firewall, maybe the system is not configured to vent anymore...i will check it out.

yea it was my firewall, i got it fixed, my vent is working now thanks.
