Nice work. Im really not experienced in graphics enough yet to give you a rating but I think they all look rather good. so good job on them

The vector brushed one is pretty decent, not a whole lot done to it but over all nice.

Liberty one is good. not sure if the background matches the whole theme of the sig but its well done

The circles on the paine one.. dont fit it. take them off. use maybe a render enhancement technique?

All in all nice job
