When I was reading some article I came across a quote and its one of those quotes thats been stuck in my head for a few days now and hopefully I can get it right.

um i think i have an idea of wat that means but im a bit confused still....someone explain?

It means if we work together toward a common goal instead of working apart for admiration we will accomplish ALOT more.
