Punishments:
A banning may be done by Elders, and Guardians. But all bannings must be voted on by majority vote of Elders.
Placing a member on chains (probation) can be done by Elders, Guardians, and Apprentices. sidenote - All punishment discussions will occur in the Problem Children forum, and all final decisions will be posted in the Hall of Justice forum as a member's record.

Game Development:
Games that are being brought into JAGe will be first reviewed and then placed under development. Games that have already been released will have one month to reach a minimum of 10 members, and games that have not been released will have an extended period depending on the game's release date.C.3
Game Stability:
All game once released out of development must maintain a minimum of 10 active members. If it is found that the number of active members is below 10 the game will be placed under development and have 1 month to fix it's situation.C.4
Primary Games:
All members must have a primary game. Any members without a primary game for two months will have their account removed.C.5
Evolved Census:
A census will be at the start of each month and last 7 days. After 7 days have passed the census will be closed and a summary will be released one-three days after.
All members must respond to the census in this fashion:
Name: JAGeName
Primary: World of Warcraft
Failure to respond two times in a row will result in your account being deleted. (If a member is on away it is his/her responsibility to let their Guardian, Apprentice or an Elder know)
A section that does not reach a minimum of 10 members after a Census will be placed on probation and will have one weeks time to reach 10 members. If by the end of the week the section does not have 10 members, it will be removed.C.6
Diplomacy:
Alliance Status: For alliance status to occur with other clans/communities each clan/community looking for an alliance must meet the following requirements: (1)Established for a minimum of 6 months, (2)A working purchased website, and (3)Forums.
sidenote - If alliance status is made, two alliance accounts at minimum and possibly more depending on the size of the alliance.
Enemy Status: Enemy status will be placed on clans/communities that are hostile towards JAGe, and show great amounts of disrespect towards members.
