People need to start performing the duties of their rank. Im going to be looking at every rank we have on this forum this week. Every member in that rank and speaking with everyone I dont feel is up to minimum requirements of activty/duties.

Sry this thread was intended for people with clan pride and people who sport the tag because they want to help make this place grow and improve. Not hating on you but opinions of people who jumped ship when they saw a flaw or two dont really rank up on the top of my to do list these days.

blah, we need more developers! IM THE ONLY ONE LEFT!

also i know that i need to start recruiting more for the section, but the section is already kinda big =P

and most of the people that play counter strike are either complete douche bags (youve all seen them, so dont act like they're not there)

or they are still getting used to the game because A. they dont play that much and arent really into it, or B. they just got the same and are still getting used to it

so i guess my main recruiting problem would be that i cant find a middle ground with people, but that might just be because im picky >.<

Hopefully something can be done to move along with the D2 growth and changes that will occur within the section.

That is my #1 priority in rank assigning and fixing.

convict...if you think that you can do so much better than everyone else, then throw yourself up for developer or something of that nature

help the clan out...cause i remember the last thing that you did recently was get doc EXTREMELY mad at you, and banned you for it...or did you resign...in any case, doc was pissed =P

id apply but my schedule is so random and fluctuating that i think thered be times where i couldnt put in the time needed
