Was just wondering if anyone had any experience here about what I'm asking. I've done research and found that currently the only way to stream your media over Xbox360 Media Center is with 'Windows XP Media Center' OS (WHICH CANNOT be bought but only preloaded by manufacture). So if you don't have it .. your up the creek without a paddle with that feature. But apparently Vista has the same exact Media Center included in the basic OS. So the question is, anyone who has a Xbox360 and beta tested Vista know if the Media Center worked correctly through the Vista OS?
Btw, I did buy a Xbox360 just to play PSU with a friend, as well as some future upcoming games. Why? Mainly because of the features I listed above, an HD reciever/ DVR/ High-end gaming system for 350$ is a killer deal.
As for holding out for PS3, HAH! I was stupid to think I was even going to. Why would I pay top dollar for brand new technology? Why would I pay for this Blu-ray technology that may not even break off the ground, hell so few DVD's are out using it already .. plus again your paying overpriced amount for it. Hear of HD-DVD? I'm not taking a risk of 700$ for something that is practically a computer with a controller :P Plus, why not forget about a PS3 and get Dual-SLI 1GB Video cards ... the reasoning behind it is the same.
