Whats some of your favorite cover songs? released or non released.


I must say I just heard John Mayer do Guns and Roses Patience and I must say I now respect him. It was pretty good.

Few others that come to mind were.

Metallica doing Turn the Page
Staind did a few I liked
Disturbed did Fade to black and Land of Confusion.... definitely 2 of my favorite covers.
Johnny Cash doing Hurt was pure amazing.
Aerosmith doing Come together by the beetles....
I Shot the Sheriff both amazing but I like Eric Claptons version over good old bob Marleys : (
Live and Let die by GNR was one of my first favorite songs when I was younger....
My Michelle by GNR redone by AFI
The song in Pulp Fiction. "You'll be a woman soon" fucking awesome song.... listen to it and give it a shot

and a lot more, those are my favorites from it though. Other covers, I really liked the In Flames version of Murders in the Rue Morgue by Iron Maiden. And when Norther did the Trooper, even though when you download it, it always says Bodom did the cover for some reason.
