Are you serious they just have different ones the government there controls it all. They dont have the problems we do they just control everything and make a profit its actually considered safer there. how often have you ever read a news line about them having someone out of work. You can read world news and find it in alot of other countries but its rare for them to have a problem because everything is governmently run.
