Server Suggestions?

Well, basically the server seems kinda unfriendly, so I would like to see what people think the admins should add to make it friendlier where it'd be a server you'd love to play in every day.

Suggestions can include mods and maps.

I'd like to see more map rotations, votes for maps every 30 minutes.

but on a serious note, people like d2 and shit like that, but i hate italy, assault would be fun especially the new ones, like assault_upc

we just need to get some regulars and we have to be more active, when we usually play at like 10 or 1030 we get people that come in, but then during the day, its empty

i hate italy and most cs maps. exceptions are of course assault and its variations.

aim maps would be helpful (especially to me) and i would like to see more cpl maps in the rotation. fire? strike?
